Talent listings are not public. Talent information and photos (where applicable) will only be shared with select clients for casting/hiring purposes. Your contact information will only be seen by iAproductions personnel.

Entering your listing in the Talent database is no guarantee of employment or contract.

Talent agrees to keep their listing up-to-date and to notify iAproductions if they wish to be permanently removed from the database. All Talent listings will be set to expire one calendar year from the date of entry or the most recent update. An update merely requires that talent log in, click the "Edit/Update" button, review the listing items, and, even if no changes are made, to click the "Submit" button.

For certain productions, the age of consent will be considered 21 years of age. In such cases any person under the age of 21 will be considered a minor and will require the consent of a Parent or Legal Guardian who will be required to warrant that he/she is of legal age and has every right to contract for the minor in relevant production.

All contractees for productions will be required to sign a Personal Injury Waiver in which the undersigned agrees to hold Image Associates and/or iAproductions harmless for any personal property loss or physical injury which may result while present on the set or in providing services to Image Associates and/or iAproductions.

Unless special dispensations are made, all performance talent will be required to sign a Talent Waiver granting iAproductions or its parent Image Associates all rights to the works or images resulting from a production of iAproductions or Image Associates. Talent agrees that, should they have any questions or concerns about said waiver, they will request to examine its contents prior to contracting for a production.

The iAproductions Talent web site does not collect or store Social Security Number or financial information for any listers. The site does store and collect email addresses and telephone numbers to be used solely for the purpose of communication between iAproductions personnel and Talent, and this information will not be shown or sold to any third parties or used for any other purpose. Talent agrees to receive email correspondence generated by this web site or sent by iAproductions or Image Associates personnel.

iAproductions follows reasonable security practices to secure the content of this database, but shall not be held liable for any breach perpetrated by any third party without the permission of iAproductions. iAproductions is bound by the laws of the United States and the State of West Virginia and will, upon service of court order or subpoena, provide any information required by any law enforcement entity.
